1. Pull and remove the handle of gear shift lever 1 (Fig. 11.10).

2. Remove spring 2 and reverse gear lock ring 3.

3. Remove the protective cover 4 of the gear shift lever.



4. Remove the reverse gear lock tube 5, rubber stop 6 and ring washers 7.

5. Unscrew the nut, remove the bolt and remove the gear shift rod fork 35.

6. Remove the ring seal 13, bushing 14, rubber bushing 16 and sleeve 15.

7. Unscrew the nuts and remove the holder 33, dust cover 32, seal 31 and base bracket 30.

8. Unscrew bolt 27 and remove rubber bushing 17, bushing 18, locking element 20 and base 19.

9. Unscrew the nut, remove the bolt and remove the ring gasket 9, the gearshift lever bushing 10 and the rubber bushing 11.

10. Remove bushing 28 and spacer bushing 29 from bracket 26.

11. Unscrew the nut and remove the return spring 24.

12. Loosen the screws and remove the 5th gear stop 25 and reverse gear 22.

Assembly



Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.

1. Remove the rubber retainer 9 (Fig. 11.11), the connecting tube 8 for engaging the reverse gear and the ring gaskets 10.

2. Loosen the bolts and remove the insulating spacers 3.

3. Unscrew the stopper 4 as an assembly.

4. Using a screwdriver blade as a lever, remove the retainer 11.

5. Remove bushings 6 and ring seals 5 from the gear shift lever assembly.

6. Remove the lower stopper 12 as an assembly.

7. Remove support 2 as an assembly.

8. Remove the dust cover 1.

Assembly



Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.

1. Remove the retaining ring and take out lever 1 and bushings 2 (Fig. 11.12).

2. Loosen the screws and remove cover 4, hinge socket 5 and gear shift lever 6.

3. Remove the 3 gear shift lever bushings.

4. Remove the socket 7 of the hinge and the insulating casing 8.

Assembly



Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
