2. Remove all external engine components (8.2a, 8.2b, 8.2c, 8.2d, 8.2e and 8.2e), including: Generator and brackets
Emission control system components Ignition distributor, high voltage wires and spark plugs Thermostat and thermostat cover Water pump
Carburetor and all parts of the fuel injection system Intake and exhaust manifold Oil filter Engine mounts Clutch and flywheel/drive plate Engine backplate
3. If necessary, remove the cylinder head, oil sump and oil pump.

4. If you are going to carry out a complete overhaul of the engine, remove the internal elements of the engine (8.4) in the following order:

- Axis of rocker arms and rocker arms
- timing belt cover
- Timing belt and sprockets
- Camshaft
- cylinder head
- oil sump
- Oil pump
- Rear oil seal housing
- Pistons and connecting rods
- Crankshaft and main bearings
