Rear suspension trailing arm mounting elements
1 - longitudinal lever; 2 - lower transverse arm; 3 - upper transverse arm; 4 - rear wheel speed sensor (models with ABS).
Removal
Remove the rear drum or disc brake mechanism.
Remove the rear wheel hub.
Position the lift stop so that it does not interfere with the operation.
Disconnect the brake hose from the lever.
Remove the rear wheel speed sensor (1) (models with ABS) by unscrewing the two bolts.
Disconnect the parking brake cable.
With the jack positioned under the lower suspension arm, remove the mounting element.
Remove the bolt connecting the lower arm and the trailing arm.
Remove the bolt securing the trailing arm to the body.
Remove the upper wishbone and trailing arm mounting bolts.
Remove the upper control arm/longitudinal arm connection bolt.
Remove the trailing arm.
Use a tool to press out the trailing arm bushing.
Check the rear suspension trailing arm and bushings for damage.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order, taking into account the following.
When installing, orient and position the trailing arm bushing correctly.

Position the long, exposed edge of the trailing arm bushing so that it faces the inside of the vehicle.
Install the trailing arm bushing so that the bushing axis coincides with the axis of the trailing arm hole (1).
Use tools to press in the trailing arm bushing.
