Oil pan elements
1 - exhaust pipe; 2 - gasket; 3 - gearbox support; 4 - clutch housing cover; 3 - oil pan; 6 - drain plug.


Removal



Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

Drain the engine oil from the engine by unscrewing the drain plug (6).

Remove the oil dipstick and lower protective cover.

Remove the exhaust pipe (1) and gasket (2).

Remove the gearbox support (3).

Remove the lower clutch housing cover (4).

Loosen the oil pan mounting bolts.

Remove the crankcase using a special tool.



Installation



Installation is carried out in reverse order, taking into account the following:

Clean the mating surfaces of the oil pan and engine block from any remaining old gasket. Make sure the surfaces are clean and dry.



Apply 4mm diameter bead of sealant to the mating surface of the oil pan.



Install the drain plug sealing ring (1) with the 6-point side facing the oil pan
