The rear suspension is a multi-link with two longitudinal arms (Fig. 16.1). The rear strut shock absorber assembly is hydraulic, double-acting.

The rear wheel hub is equipped with a double-row radial thrust ball bearing, in which the inner surface of the central hole of the hub is used as the outer race, which reduces the dimensions and weight of the bearing (Fig. 16.2). The design of the bearing provides significant ease of maintenance, since the creation of a preliminary tension is ensured by simply tightening the hub nut to the specified torque. On cars with an ABS system, a wheel speed sensor rotor is installed on the rear hub.
