Mounting elements of the gearbox of later years of production
1 - clutch slave cylinder; 2 - control cables; 3, 5 - locking flange; 4 - support bracket; 6 - bottom bracket; 7 - crankshaft position sensor; 8 - gearbox mounting bolts; 9 - starter; 10 - speedometer cable; 11 - reverse light switch lever.
Removal
Drain the oil from the gearbox.
Remove the lower protective cover, air filter assembly.
Remove the battery and its tray.
Remove the shift linkage assemblies, intercooler air duct (not all models).
Remove the cotter pin, disconnect the speedometer drive cable from the gearbox and remove the O-ring seal.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the reverse light switch.
Disconnect the transmission control cable.
After unscrewing the bolt, disconnect the ground wire.
After unscrewing the bolt, remove the engine crankshaft position sensor.
After unscrewing the bolts, remove the starter along with the wires attached to it and secure it inside the engine compartment.
Remove (disconnect) the clutch slave cylinder.
Remove the upper gearbox connecting bolts.
Carefully lift the gearbox with a hydraulic jack, then loosen the nut, remove the bolt, remove the gearbox retaining flanges and disconnect the gearbox and gearbox support bracket.
Install a lift on the vehicle to unload the engine.
Loosen the bolts securing the lower gearbox support bracket.
Raise the car on a lift.
Loosen the nuts and disconnect the anti-roll bar links.
Remove the brake hose retainer.
Loosen the nut (3) securing the ball joint pin (1) and disconnect the steering rod end from the steering knuckle using a puller (2), then completely unscrew the nut.

Loosen the lower control arm ball joint pin nut and remove the lower control arm from the steering knuckle using a puller.
After unscrewing the nuts, remove the anti-roll bar.
After unscrewing the bolts, remove the longitudinal beam assembly.
Disconnect the wheel drive shaft together with the hub and steering knuckle.
Hang the removed wheel drive shaft inside the wheel arch using wire on the car body.
After removing the sealant, knock out the split pin.
Disconnect the wheel drive shaft together with the hub and steering knuckle.
Hang the removed wheel drive shaft inside the wheel arch using wire on the body.
To disconnect the drive shaft, insert a pry bar (1) between the gearbox housing and the wheel drive shaft, as shown in the figure.

Hang the removed wheel drive shafts on the car body using wire.
Cover the gearbox with a rag to prevent foreign particles and objects from getting inside the gearbox.
Raise the gearbox with a jack and remove the gearbox support bracket.
After unscrewing the bolts, remove the bracket mounting bolts.
After unscrewing the nut, disconnect the exhaust inlet pipe.
After unscrewing the bolts, remove the rear support.
After unscrewing the bolts, remove the gearbox mounting bracket.
Remove the lower gearbox mounting bolts and remove the gearbox.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order, taking into account the following:
Install the gearbox support limiter (2) so that the arrow (3) on the flange (1) points in the direction shown in the figure.

Tighten the self-locking nut so that the stabilizer mounting bolt protrudes above the nut by 22 mm (dimension A).
