Each actuator consists of three parts, the inner part, consisting of a splined tip and a constant velocity joint (LLIPVC), the outer part, also consisting of a splined tip and LUPVC, and a central drive shaft.
The splined tip of the internal hinge housing with its pins enters the splines of the side gear of the differential and is fixed in it with a retaining ring. The splined end of the outer joint housing is inserted and secured with a nut in the wheel hub. The hinges are lubricated with grease and covered with protective covers from the outside. The only way to maintain the wheel drives is to visually inspect them for detachment or damage to the protective covers or oil leaks from the gland of the inner joint. Leakage of lubricant from under the hub bearing oil seal means that it needs to be replaced.
Mounting elements for drive shafts
1 - left drive shaft (models with manual transmission); 2 - right drive shaft (models with manual transmission); 3, 4 - drive shafts for models with automatic transmission (AKP); 5 - retaining ring; 6 - pin; 7 - nut; 8 - ball joint; 9 - tie rod end.
