3. Turn on the ignition. The drive gear should extend.
Attention! This test is carried out for 10 seconds to avoid burning the winding.
4. Measure the gap between the gear and the thrust ring with a ruler (Figure 7.14). Gap: 0.5-2.0 mm.

5. If the gap is outside the permissible limits, check the seals between the traction relay and the front cover (Figure 7.15).
