2. Close the adapter from which the vacuum hose was removed.
3. Create a vacuum when the engine is cold, and then when it is warm (the engine must be idling). Check engine operating condition and vacuum.
Engine cold (coolant temperature 40°C or lower):
- Vacuum - 53 kPa.
- Engine speed - 3000 rpm - the vacuum is maintained.
engine warm (coolant temperature 80°C or higher):
- Vacuum - 53 kPa.
- Engine speed: idling - vacuum is maintained.
At 3000 rpm - after starting the engine, the vacuum disappears for approximately 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, the vacuum stabilizes for a while and then disappears again.
